Everyone who uses foot switches knows the problem: the cable gets in your way and can constitute a dangerous obstacle – or the cable gets stuck, meaning that the switch cannot be positioned as you would like it to.
With the new KF F foot switch these problems become a thing of the past. Radio transmission rendering cables superfluous and even the power supply is wireless, provided by a durable lithium-ion cell.
The conventional KF foot switch has already proved itself in many fields of industrial production. Its slim, flat form guarantees ergonomic operation; its glass fibre reinforced thermoplastic enclosure is strong and compact.
The wireless variant is mounted on a zinc die-cast enclosure, offering additional stability. A red LED lights up upon actuation and signalizes that a radio telegram has been sent. This special radio signal is also a feature of other steute radio switchgear series, having turned out to be especially fail-safe.
With all the above features, the KF F foot switch provides additional flexibility and safety at work. Various types of receiving unit are available for the evaluation of signals reaching the machine.
