Running for traineeships – with steute as the main sponsor

Running is healthy: that is true whatever the reason. However, taking part in the Widufix run in Hiddenhausen on August 30th also means helping young people to find traineeships. For this run is being launched by a business initiative of the District of Herford (Initiative Wirtschaftstandort Kreis Herford e.V.) and aims – besides its sporting objective – to collect enough sponsoring and entrance fees to create new traineeships.

Last year 1 043 runners and a wealth of sponsors meant that approx EUR 28 000 could be collected, sufficient for five new traineeships. The organisers are now eager to see whether this record will be exceeded this year. steute has already committed itself and will be one of seven main sponsors supporting the run. And, as in past years, on August 30th many steute employees will once again be lining up for starter's orders: »On your marks, get set, go!«
